OGME Warranty Notes
At OGME, we stand by our products and ensure your satisfaction by offering a comprehensive warranty policy. Within one year from the date of invoice, we agree to repair or replace any product that is found to be defective upon examination by our team. Should any issues arise within this warranty period, please notify us immediately to initiate the necessary steps. Please note that all product returns or replacements must be authorized in writing by OGME to proceed. Upon authorization, defective parts will be replaced and shipping charges covered by us. A written R.M.A Form must accompany any goods returned for warranty repair to facilitate the process efficiently.
- OGME agrees to repair or furnish a replacement for any product within one (1) year from the date of invoice shall, upon test and examination by OGME, proves to be defective and within the warranty period.
- If any defect within this warranty period appears, the Buyer shall notify OGME immediately.
- NO product will be accepted for return or replacement without the written authorization of OGME. Upon authorization, and in accordance with instructions by OGME, the product will be returned to OGME with shipping charges paid by Buyer. If parts are deemed to be defective, OGME will replace the defective parts and cover the shipping charges paid by the Buyer.
- A written R.M.A (return material authorization) Form shall be generated by OGME and must accompany the goods returned for warranty repair.
